Today’s meditation was skipped.

Today’s draw is the Throne of Torches (King of Wands), which is traditionally a representation of a projective alpha energy, personality, or person in the area of one’s motivation, drive, willpower, values, passions, spirituality, principles, and inner spark.

With only today and tomorrow until it’s time to ship out, today is a catch-up day and you need to make sure you stay focused on your goals.  The more you get done today, the less stressful tomorrow will be, so take that spark you’ve been directing towards getting your shelves done and redirect it into your business for a couple of days. Then you can go back to the shelves again.

Today is all about responsible prioritizing of those things you need to get done.

What in your life could use a little sprucing up?

It’s time to do a little reinforcement (Nine of Wands) of your wards and protections (The High Priestess). This is something that needs to be taken care of relatively quickly (Eight of Wands). Don’t let it go ’til later or wait until it becomes a problem. Get going and do it now.

How can you start? 

Be proactive about changing things (Ten of Swords), and practical in their execution (King of Swords). Keep in mind that you get what you give. Procrastination just leads to more problems and more procrastination (Justice).

How can I safely share my inspiration with others?

You already share quite a lot (Ten of Wands). No matter how interested others are, or how in tune they may be to your own interests (Two of Cups), you need to hold a little back just for yourself (The Hermit).

How does a creative blockage feel to me?

Five of Cups atop Four of Pentacles – Creative blockages feel like apathy, depression, and stagnation. It feels like being stuck, unable to find any joy or positivity, and so you are left stewing in the dark.

When am I creatively true to myself?

When you feel like you have your finger on the pulse of your ambition, and all of the ideas that often run rampant are set in order and strategized (King of Swords). When this feeling is then combined with a feeling of healthy energy that you can expend, then you are able to connect with your true self through your creativity.
