sweaty
muscles ache
and burn
as the flush
of ascention
heats the flesh
and the water
looks so
inviting

Twisting the Leaf 
So very beautiful. You need another hike. You need a little time to clear away the cobwebs and some sunshine to brighten the edges of that pit and show you the way out
