Color By Numbers
No poem today, just a confession that I have become addicted to a color by numbers program on my phone. It helps me to check out for a little while, and assists me in falling asleep at night.
This picture with all the little intricate details at the center of the sunflower, along with it’s vibrant colors, reminds me of that program.
Sometimes I feel guilty that I spend time with that program, but… maybe it’s true that everyone needs a way to just “check out” every once in a while, even if it’s for just a short bit of time now and then.

You deserve a little down time man. God I miss you. I miss our life. I miss us. I miss just talking to you. Tonight and realizing how much I had to tell you because it really has been that long since we just talked about everything and nothing. I miss that with you. I miss you
