Let It Shine

Today’s meditation was skipped.

Crystal Tarot - The FoolToday’s draw is the Fool card, which is traditionally a representation of naïveté, foolishness, beginnings, enthusiasm, innocence, and seeing the world through “rose colored glasses”.

I love the array of colors in this card and how they flow with each other in a vibrant dance of joy reflected in the smile on the face of the figure in the card.  There’s a great deal of joy here.  Excitement blended with calm cool tones.

My cards often remind me to instill more joy into my life, and I see this encouragement here in this card in the dance of bright colors among the cool, calm shades of blues and greens.

Today’s card is a reminder to let yourself shine brightly, no matter where you are or what you’re doing.  There is a light inside you eager to get out.  Let it shine.

The #ConnectWithYourDeckChallenge Prompt by E Roebuck-Jones
Questions for June 6th thru 8th

Mystic Goddess Sigil Tarot and Animal Dreaming OracleHow can I improve my time spent?

Hanged Man and Hawk – The world, and those that watch over you from beyond it, are willing to share their wisdom with you. You only have to be open to their take on things. Instead of looking inward, seek out their guidance in this area.

What are my money challenges?

Hermit atop Two of Earth, Bustard – The juggling of wants with needs when those wants feel like self-care. And… a bit too much confidence in your ability to dig yourself out of the messes you sometimes make.

How are my goals progressing?

Five of Earth and Frogmouth – Not as well as I’d like, regardless of the fact I don’t want to admit it to others. I would much rather keep my scarcity issues (whether real or imagined) to myself.

Questions for June 11th

Crystal TarotI will continue to…

Six of Coins and Four of Swords – … take a rest from being too generous when I can’t afford it.  Gideon says that I often give too much of myself to others, and in being generous in this way, I overtax myself.  Being ill this past week has helped me in remembering to focus on my own wellness first.

I will do this by…

Two of Pentacles and The Moon – …being more responsible in those areas of my life where uncertainty and imbalance lingers. I need to look  at these areas of my life with stark honesty and shine a light on the lurking parts that I don’t really want to deal with but could be detrimental to me if I don’t. (ie: bad habits)
