The Call Prompt for November 4th : Loch
Daily Mental Health Prompt: Seek a positive message to carry with you throughout the day and offer perspective.
Today’s draw is the Ace of Cups, which is traditionally a representation of the seed of new beginnings in the area of one’s emotions, relationships, creativity, and intuition.
How much joy is enough? How much is to little?
I believe that within each of us there is a never ending wellspring of both joy and hope. Hope flows eternal, never fully straying so that we always get at least a minuscule amount. Joy, on the other hand, requires us to sip.
The thing is that this wellspring of joy is massive. An entire loch of potential there for the sampling, but only if we’re willing to partake. Then, like water, it spreads throughout our system and makes us feel better, sometimes before we even know we were starting to feel poorly.
The message in today’s Ace of Cups and Loch prompt is an encouragement to sip from that wellspring of joy often and deeply. In doing so, life improves, and so does our perspective.

Prompts for November 3rd and 4th :
Venus sextile Jupiter, Sun conjuct Mercury – How can I expand my perspective through connection with others?
Artist and Fool – Dip into that innate curiosity of yours and use it to spark an interest on discovering more. By then inviting others in on the adventure, you don’t just bond with others but share your passions, while they in turn share their viewpoint, allowing you to expand your own through different perspectives you’d not considered yourself.
Observe – Where am I being invited to slow down and observe?
Hanuman and Seeker – Be honest with you about both your shortcomings and your needs. It’s only through watching yourself that you can get to know yourself, and thus avoid being fooled by the masks you choose to show the world.

Philosophical Question for November 3rd – Is it possible to truly experience anything objectively?
Reading Summary: Emotions (King of Cups), as well as personal needs and objectives (The Lovers) will always play a part in how we experience things.
By slowing down to look more closely (Page of Pentacles), though, it’s possible to lessen their effects on our experience, but not obliterate them entirely (Page vs King in hierarchy).
Take Away: No.These cards indicate that it’s not possible to have experiences without personal perspective playing a roll in what we see and how we see it,
Life Prompts for November 4th
Your Greatest Strength – The Devil – Your greatest strength is your self awareness. You are aware of your faults and weaknesses, you view them realistically, and use this knowledge to do better.
Your Greatest Weakness – Son of Feathers – Your greatest weakness is your obsessive flow states. Although these states, when they happen, tend to get things done, they are harmful to both your physical mental health.
Finding Balance – Ten of Feathers – Turn that self awareness toward your overwhelm and burnout, and help yourself avoid falling so far into those obsessive flow states that you lose sight of taking care of yourself and your needs.
