Wonder and Listen – You have the ability to stand still and silent in nature and hear its rhythms, feel its energies, and allow yourself to be carried away to blend with them so that they can soothe and calm you. You haven’t been getting out in nature much this year, and you are suffering as a result.

What do you need to focus on for self-care for the upcoming new moon?

Escape – You need to start getting out in nature more now that you are back home and working at getting back into a normal stride. Just remember, as this reading has already mentioned and a previous reading also has made clear, it’s important that you take someone with you.
