I wish
my housekeeper
was better
at her job
and yet
I can’t really
complain
too much
as she works
for pennies
and
at least
I’m not
doing the work
in her stead
writing poetry

allowed to have
because
I have
no use for them
but that
doesn’t stop me
from melting
when I find
something
so cute
it’s hard to resist
