Pacific Wonderland Trees of the Pacific Northwest Oracle and It’s Going To Be Okay 2024 Day-to-day Calendar By Kate AllanToday’s draw is the Hedge False Bindweed card combined with the affirmation “It’s okay to float along. It’s okay to just be.”

You have a habit of trying to hold on too tight and control everything. It makes you feel safe to be in control and to know what to expect at every turn.

That isn’t really how life works, though, which is how when unexpected hurdles and surprises come into the picture you always end up so worked up about them.

It’s great to be tenacious and persistent in your goals. It’s not great when that goes from being an asset to a liability, though. Today’s cards are a reminder that there’s a time when you have to let go and just breathe.  You can’t control everything, so don’t try so hard to do that.  It’s okay to just let things happen and adapt to them as they come.

#DiscordTarotholicsAug2023 Challenge Prompt
Question for August 9th : What can I do to help my inner child feel more protected?

Inner Child Oracle Reading with the Wild Child OracleReading Summary: Stop gaslighting yourself (Mirage) and instead seek out a better, more stable grounding (Reach) in order to give your inner child a glimpse at the possibilities the future holds (Glimpse).

Take Away: Seeing the ways in which you gaslight yourself is not easy, but it is far easier to pick them out when you are in a place of stability and groundedness.

During those times you can better see where gaslighting is happening and what you’re doing, allowing yourself and your inner child to look beyond it, and find a better and healthier way forward.

Other elements included in this reading:
