The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?

EarthQueen of Wands – Remember this week that you can be inspirational without being productive. Instead of pushing yourself, allow others to be inspired by you and help get things done.

AirAce of Swords atop Page of Pentacles – New ideas right now are spectacular things and definitely worth exploring. Make sure you take it slow, but go ahead and begin examining how you can move forward with the new idea that shines the brightest.

WaterThe Star – Allow the love of others to help lift you up and encourage your efforts to lean into optimism and positivity this week. You need a little help to keep things balanced at the moment.

FireStrength – If you want things to go your way this week you may have to work at it. Possibly not with physical efforts, so much as by making sure that you are strategically manipulating the situation to your advantage.

WaningSnake and Moon – You’re going to have to really work at keeping that negative narrative within you from influencing your emotions throughout the week ahead. EarthTwo of Cups – Those that are closest to you and love you are ready to step in and help. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by, but instead accept the help that they are offering. Soon enough, you’ll be drowning in work, and their help now can stave off that feeling a bit longer.

AirTwo of Wands Rx – Don’t worry about planning ahead this week, for either there will be changes somewhere along the way that are going to get in the way your best laid plans, or whatever it is you feel the need to plan and plot for is going to end up taking care of itself.

EarthThe Magician atop Page of Cups Rx – Don’t allow your feelings of newness and inadequacy cause you to forget the tools and skills you’ve learned. You may be tempted to spend on the unnecessary in the week ahead just to chase that dopamine fix. Instead, keep your eye trained on your goals and use the tools you’ve learned to avoid reckless behavior spurred on by emotion.

EarthThe Boulder Fluffer – Taking time to be out in nature is non-optional for you. Even when it feels like work just to figure out a way to get out there and you’re really not feeling all that enthusiastic about it; you still need it. So get off your ass and do something about it.

AirCave of Ken – Trying new things can be harrowing and breed a sense of uncertainty. Remember that the more you know the less scary that new something will become. Do research before you start on your journey, and continue with that research as you move into the unknown.

WaterThe Basement – When you are feeling “small” and vulnerable, everything feels much bigger, much much darker, and much more scary. Don’t let your fears hold you back, turn on the light (via research, talking with others, etc) and make sure that you can see things clearly before moving forward with actions.
