and land
on your scarf
and in your hair.

It made me laugh
and I had to share
I wanted to get it
For my front door
this year.
But unfortunately
it points
the wrong way
the good candy
next door
is to the left
with Snickers
and Butterfingers
and Milky Way.

Grocery Run

A little peek into my day
A Costco run
coming home to stay.
Lots of goodies
packed tubs and bags
my little cart
a champ to have.
Into the house
comes unpacking time.
Grab the rag
the bleach spray
and wipe it all down
then put it away.
