Today’s card is the Two of Wands combined with the affirmation “I know you’ll make it through this. You have You.”
It is paperwork season for your business and, yes… it’s horrible. It’s horrible every year, because each year you plan to keep up on it all from month to month, and every year you fall off the wagon two months in and then have to play a massive catch-up effort in the spring.
Don’t forget, though, that you are an extremely organized soul. You have contingencies in place, lists of what needs to be done and concerning each step in the process. You are your own advocate in this, and because of your organized nature and planning, things will go much more smoothly than the might have otherwise.

June 5 – Mental Health Card of the Day

Today’s card is the Strength card combined with the affirmation “You belong here just as you are. You are wonderful as one, and you’ll find more lovely people with time.”
Friendships and social obligation has been on your mind a lot lately. It’s hard, sometimes, to believe that people actually -like- you and want to spend time with you. It’s hard to get past the belief that you are unlikable and an annoyance to others.
Remember that although these feelings are deeply ingrained, they aren’t real. They are what you have been taught to believe by a small handful of others and a huge amount of negative inner talk.
Don’t let that negative inner narrative force you into being alone. Use a positive inner voice to help keep it in check and allow you to see more than the small box it tries to put you in.

Today’s card is the Three of Cups combined with the affirmation “It feels impossible to continue on without hope, but the world is incomplete without you in it.”
Do not shrug off this affirmation with indifference. Just because you are not currently in a depressive episode, and your suicidal idealization is under control through the medication you take, doesn’t mean this isn’t something you don’t need to hear and internalize.
There are people who love you and enjoy your company that would see the world the same without you in it by their side. You make a difference in their lives, just as they make a difference in yours.
