You can’t skip it, because if you do and he’s let out, you’ll have to deal with that anxiety a lot longer than just for a few days.

You have had a lot of warnings about not going places along, being careful of strangers, and not hiking at night over the last couple of weeks.  You aren’t the only one at risk, though, so make sure you are watching out for others as well.

The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?

Earth – Ten of Cups – Do what makes you happy. Right now is a time to enjoy, not “buckle down”. Take this time to savor life and do the things you enjoy most. That means getting out and hiking and doing things. Don’t just wallow in being at home.

Air – The Star – Lean into positive thinking and hope. You’ve managed to catch that slide into depression’s pit and scramble back to the ledge. Don’t give up, there’s still a bit further to go to get out of the danger zone.

Water – Six of Swords – Leave behind what is no longer serving you. Drama, guilt, and negativity are now in your rear view. Stay ahead of them and don’t invite them back in.

Fire – Two of Wands – Taking action for your business is not meant to be a part of things this week. You can plot and plan for where you want to go, but hold off on diving into work and the business any more than necessary.

Waning – Witch and Scythe – Stick close to the “harm none” adage in your magical practices this week. Save the other stuff for later.

Waxing – Letter and Trick or Treat – Stay aware and careful not to be tricked by scams and hoaxes in the week ahead; especially those that arrive via email or snail mail.
