The question is
who do you feed
when you forget
mindfulness
and just
become
what comes
Is it the
savage wolf
full of anger
and hunger
or the calm wolf
full of community
and pack?
Letting go
doesn’t mean
the end of
what you seek
but only
that you pause
to breathe deep
realign with
your purpose
let your roots
find their grip
and then
grow
Cotton candy
horizons
create moments
for daydreams
to slip in
as they soften
the gray
of the day
and make
the winter cold
less uncomfortable
with their beauty
A little mischief
stirs inside
and causes
a hint of a grin
to slide
over lips
as mischief
comes with a
sens of humor
that makes
nearly everything
amusing
