Granthita Mudra – Take time to truly acknowledge the stability you have created for yourself and those around you. Don’t play lip service to this accomplishment, but rather, use this full moon to shed light upon these things and truly appreciate them.

Amitabha – “…desire: a want for sensory pleasure.” To bring the future you want for yourself to life, you need to connect more deeply with pleasure, and allow yourself to enjoy life and the world around you on a deeper sensory level.
Cut ties with what is holding you back.
Vairocana – Your addictive nature is always going to be a part of who you are. The key is in moderation and prioritizing the future over the temporary rush of dopamine provided pleasure that addictive behavior provides. There are healthier ways to seek out pleasurable moments.
Clean your space, place crystals to charge + pull a card message.
Namskara Mudra – Give yourself permission to love and be loved. It can be hard to allow this type of vulnerability, but it’s a part of your growth and essential to your true happiness.
This is your time to have your cake + eat, it too. Invite in experiences that bring you more pleasure, joy + fun.
Body – Get out of the cloistering enclosure of your head and go outside to spend time in nature. Use this time outside to exercise your body in order to achieve a greater sense of freedom and clarity.

Sympathetic Joy for Self – Celebrate life more, and what you have less. You never believed you’d live past 20, then 24, then 30… etc and yet here you are. With your depression and suicidal tendencies mitigated, if not always completely under control, you enjoy life more. So make sure that you are celebrating it every chance you get.
