❤️ Self Care Saturday (On a Sunday)

These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.

The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?

EarthThree of Cups – Remember that at this time in my life your stability is found in spending time with others. Take care not to fall into habits that draw you back into seclusion and stagnation now that your trip is over and you’re back home again.

AirThe Hanged Man – Reserved is the name of the game this week. Take care not to speak out of turn; stay silent instead. Watch closely and pay attention to what’s going on around you.

WaterAce of Wands – Connect with what you are feeling and let it take priority. You’ve begun to lean into logic and reason more and more of late, which doesn’t assist you at all in getting in touch with your emotions. It’s time to work on realigning yourself with your learning journey where your emotions are concerned.

FireThe Empress – Pour your passion into giving yourself what you need. Remember that this is not about languishing. Instead, this is about doing the things that light you up inside and make you feel rejuvenated.

WaningLetter and Garden – No news is good news this week, and gossip is not your friend. Don’t bother listening to the bullshit, as there’s far more interesting things to place your attention toward.

WaxingCoffin, Bird, Clouds – You’re going to be hearing things you don’t wanna hear this week… or rather, what you hear is not going to be easy for you to deal with on an emotional level. Focus on letting go instead of holding onto these feelings.

Take Away – There might be a bit of an upheaval in your emotions this week, and you need to make sure you feel your feelings then let them go. Don’t try to bury them or push them away, nor is there a need to try and “reason them out”. Do the things that make you feel good… even if you don’t want to do them. That means spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors, and doing those self-care activities that help rejuvenate you. Prioritize these things above other responsibilities this week.
