unhindered
and blissfully

A long drive

relief holds sway
as getting out
to stretch

to look

not just for me

finally my turn

Morning light
washes
pale blue
over the world
as the sun crests
and the sunrise
fades away
and as sky
buildings
and the world
blend together
only the thin
yellow line
remains
cheerfully untouched
