Ace of Hips (Cups) – You matter… and so do your emotions and how you feel about things. Don’t let your feelings stay buried, as they can cause some unpleasant physical repercussions when you do. Specifically? It can cause your IBS to act up. Instead, speak up and share your emotions with those that need to hear what you are feeling… and with those that you trust to help you process them.

The Hermit – Today’s card is a reminder that it’s okay to need that alone time, and the cuddle time with Miss Luna when you are able to get a bit of it. Don’t feel guilty about it, thinking you are taking away from other responsibilities in order to be “selfish”. It’s needed for your mental health, and for hers too. You’re allowed to need that, and to take it when you can.

King of Swords – “You are going to get through this just fine”, it’s just going to take a bit of leadership and strategy to get there. Creative thinking on safety measures and physio exercises is a must right now to help Ms B re-discover her independence and confront her fears.

❤️ Self Care Saturday (On a Sunday)
These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.
The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?
Earth – Three of Cups – Try to find some time to have some fun with others this week. Lean into laughter and making everyone feel included. It will help build a more cohesive unit, and a greater sense of stability if you do.
Air – Seven of Swords atop Ten of Wands – Remember that if you don’t deal with and mitigate feelings of overwhelm, they will sneak their way into the territory of burnout and end up stealing away your energy and confidence.
Water – The Devil – Stay mindful that your emotions can drive you to unhealthy behaviors. Make sure that you are dealing with your emotions instead of letting them fester so that you can avoid going down that road.
Fire – Ace of Wands – It’s okay to let yourself get excited and enthusiastic about something. Work on incorporating a bit of passion into your days instead of trying to smother that aspect of yourself.
Waning – Eye and Heart – Be grateful for what you have instead of feeling envious that you don’t have more. You are getting time with him that you weren’t before. Is it as much as either of you want? No. But feeling envious about that solves nothing and brings a negativity into the equation that doesn’t need to be there.
Waxing – Dove and Snake – It might not seem like it, but this week would be an excellent time to drown.
