Make It Happen

Today’s meditation was skipped.

Soul Creatures Oracle and Talisman OracleToday’s draw is the Success card combined with the affirmation “I am wielding the potent gaze of authority. My presence commands respect and instills awe in those who dare to meet my eyes.”

When you know what you want and have a goal in place, you are ferocious and unstoppable.  Others that witness you in this state often step out of your way without question, in awe of the shear power of your will as you move toward your goals.

You have the ability to access this inner power whenever you need it, so don’t let the seedlings of success falter because of a lack of confidence.  Instead, if it’s something you really want to succeed? Feed that banked inner fire, tap into that inner fire’s heat and flames, and make things go in the direction you want them to go.

Question: How can I use my creativity in my sensual journey?

Desney Tarot Kickstarter Edition and Gratitude OracleReading Summary: The background in both The Lovers and The Magician cards hold a color connection with the background and the anchor card. This draws these two cards into the background and makes them the foundational energy of empowerment and connection for this reading.

The Lovers is a pairing of two, just like the mushrooms and the mice in the anchor card. Also, the spread arms of the above connect with the mouse on the ground that is reaching up. This speaks to respecting the power of connection between two… as in you and another. You are never alone. The connection between you and your partner goes far beyond the mundane and into the sacred.

In The Magician, his arm is raised, just as the arm in the mouse on the mushroom is raised. Both hold wands with confidence. This speaks of a dominance and respect for your power and inner strength. This strength allows you to get what you want out of your relationship with your partner. You are the one with the power even when you are feeling small.

In The High Priestess, the pomegranate in the background is reflected in the cherry that is balanced on the small mushroom’s head. This speaks of nourishment and fertility within the “small space” in which you reside in most often.

Take Away: These cards suggest that whether you are in a dominant space or a submissive one, you are always the one with the power in the relationship. This provides you nourishment and the empowerment to explore your creativity in private spaces between you and your partner.

This post is a catch-up post, and I’m not entirely sure what my self kindness was for the day.

These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.

The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?

Self Care Saturday Tarot Reading with the Kinkuro Tarot and Arcana Jianghu Lenotmand

Earth – Two of Cups – Those that are closest to you and love you are ready to step in and help. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by, but instead accept the help that they are offering. Soon enough, you’ll be drowning in work, and their help now can stave off that feeling a bit longer.

Air – Two of Wands Rx – Don’t worry about planning ahead this week, for either there will be changes somewhere along the way that are going to get in the way your best laid plans, or whatever it is you feel the need to plan and plot for is going to end up taking care of itself.

Water – Six of Cups – Play “memory lane” games with loved ones this week, as you will find them both enjoyable and uplifting.

Fire – Ten of Swords – Things are turning around with your business now that autumn is starting to approach. As things pick up, you’re going to feel as if it’s too much and you’re being put upon. Make sure you’re continuing to give yourself times of rest and recovery, or that option will be taken out of your hands.

Waning – Rider and Fox – These cards are an echo of the Air position earlier in this reading. You don’t need clever planning or any plan in place at all to get up and go… because you’re not going to be getting up and going. So just don’t worry about it.

Waxing – Woman and Birds – Connect with others and don’t be shy about chitchatting. These cards reflect up to the Water position earlier in this reading and encourage connecting with the women in your life for those “memory lane” experiences this week.

Take Away – Spend a bit of extra time talking with the woman in your life this week. Especially those that have memories of your childhood to share.

Don’t worry about making plans, for they are just going to be thwarted anyway.  Winging it will be fine, as you adjust on the fly far more easily when you’re winging it than when you have a plan in place.

As things pick up with your business, make sure that you are still giving yourself the rest and recovery you need.  Facilitate this by allowing others to help you rather than taking everything on your own shoulders.
