Queen of Swords – The Anthony de Mello quote in today’s meditation app and the Queen of Swords always remind me of the story of the two wolves that live within us all. How one is vicious and evil, the other courageous and good… and it’s the one that we feed that survives. The Queen of Swords can be strong and supportive… or cold and self-centered.

Today’s “higher self” affirmation combined with the Queen of Swords reminds us that who we are is a choice. How we behave is a choice. That it’s important to foster in yourself the good within you so that it can grow and strengthen, rather than feeding the bad wolf and allowing it to grow strong instead.

Consumption – Allow your Ancestors to get closer. Holding them at a distance and ignoring their presence feels like protection, and it definitely can be, but if you want to honor and connect more strongly with them, you need to open up and let them in.
