I am for you
and you for me
and together
we wander
from glacier stream
to forest glen
from mossy grove
to soft, soft sand
as water washes
between our toes
and bits of shell
tumble to and fro
while fingers catch
and lace with another
as we walk along
we belong together

❤️ Self Care Saturday (On a Sunday)
These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.
The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?
Earth – Ace of Cups – Give yourself a chance to connect positively with your body. Give it some love this week and allow it a chance to be renewed. By doing so, you’ll find yourself happier with it in the long run.
Air – Six of Wands atop Knight of Wands – Keep an eye on that tendency to jump at the first indication that others need or want something from you this week. Ms B should be doing things herself now other than in a few very rare cases, and you stepping in to help is not going to help in progressing her mobility.
Water – Two of Swords – Make decisions that support your mental health. You need to prioritize yourself and your emotional well-being this week. Don’t allow yourself to turn a blind eye to your own needs in order to please someone else.
Fire – Two of Cups – You have the support of others to help you return to normal. Lean on them to help you find your footing. Also, make sure you take someone with you when you go hiking.
Waning – The Peeper and The Sun – You can stop living vicariously through others. As you settle back in at home and seek to find your equilibrium this week, begin stepping into your own life again instead of taking joy through others’ experiences.
Waxing – The Wizard and The Call – You are capable of finding balance, and have all the tools you need at your disposal to make it happen. The world and energy always seeks balance, and it will only take a bit of direction on your part to get things to settle back where they need to be.
