Nine of Swords – Positivity can outweigh the negative voices in your head if you work at it.  Progress doesn’t always happen in leaps and bounds, and expecting yourself to keep up a galloping pace all the time is setting yourself up for failure.  Give yourself a break instead, stop pushing so hard and using the adrenaline from anxiety to force yourself to push even harder.  Instead?  Slow down and look around.  Taking things at a stroll now and then is still progress and nothing to worry over.

Three of Cups – There’s going to be lots and lots of together time and people today. Try your best to enjoy it and stay in the moment instead of worrying about tomorrow or what comes next. Group activities are not your happy place. Remember that you like these people and work on staying positive.
