❤️ Self Care Saturday (On a Sunday)

These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.

The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?

Self Care Saturday Tarot Reading with the Tarot of the Magical Forest and Whimsy Lenormand

EarthNine of Wands Rx – Let down your guard. You don’t have to be so defensive this week. Take a breath and ease up a bit on those defensive guards that keep you separate from others.

AirTwo of Cups – remember that your friends are there to help you not just in getting things done. Connect with those who have similar ideas and interests as you this week, and allow those connections to help get your creative juices flowing.

WaterFive of Cups – keep an eye on your reactions to negative experiences this week, and make sure you are staying positive instead of sinking back into old habits and pessimistic viewpoints.

FireAce of Cups – A renewed creative spark is ready to be explored this week. Now is a good time to do it, so don’t hold back. This echoes back to the position of Air in this reading where you are encouraged to involve others in your creative process.

WaningThe Stars and The Tower – Stop pushing yourself so hard. You don’t have to do everything right this minute. You’re reaching too high, and it’s going to overwhelm you if you don’t cut yourself a little slack.

WaxingThe Tree and The Ship – Take time to focus on your spiritual journey this week.  Health and happiness might be rooted in the physical, but it also has to do with your spiritual and mental health as well. Make sure that spiritual aspect is getting some attention this week.
