These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.
The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?
Earth – Eight of Wands and Holly – Take a look this week and what needs your attention, and make sure that you’re hopping on those things right away. Doing so will protect you from the fallout that procrastination would encourage.
Air – Eight of Cups and Water Lily – You are finally out of the pit, having climbed long and hard to get there. Make sure that you stay open so that the energy can flow through you and wash away the complacency, so the clarity and purpose can come forth and its place.
Water – Page of Cups and Bat Flower – Open yourself up and allow people to see what you want. They might think you’re nuts, but sometimes insanity can be brilliant, and sharing your desires with others will help make it happen.
Fire – Temperance and Strawberry – Don’t push in too many areas at once. Take your time this week to allow for some space for luck to step in and pave the road ahead of you.
Waning – Dog and Scythe – You’ve spent a long time allowing the self-flagellation have its way with you and cling to you too tightly. It’s time to shed this hanger-on and let it go.
Waxing – Heart and Anchor – It’s time to being leaning into those things that make your heart sing, and make you feel secure and grounded.
Take Away – You have seen your way clear of the depression’s pit and this week is a chance to sweep through with fresh air, fresh inspiration, and a fresh outlook.
