These Saturday readings are (not usually) bearing in on any one thing or event in my life, as the question used is asking for a more general outlook. This is a self care exercise, and is not meant as a predictive reading… although that, too, happens on occasion.
The question is… What do I need to focus for self-care through the week ahead?
Earth – La Tempérance and Stars – Take your time this week when it comes to spending and stay on track with your plans. You know there are some large expenses soon to come, so be a bit more careful than usual with what you spend your money on this week.
Air – Le Jugement and Snake – You’ve spent a long time in the pit with that negative inner narrative whispering in your ear and no light to be seen. Make sure you are reaching for the light this week, and leaning into optimism and positivity, as it will help you heal from the damage done during the depression.
Water – L’impératrice and Chain – You’ll need a bit more connection to earth this week in order to find security and balance in your emotions, so make sure that you’re getting out in nature and spending enough time with bare feet to bare earth and your hands in the soil.
Fire – Nine of Swords and Keys – Things that often feel like a catastrophe are actually the key to opportunity. Make sure you are not catastrophizing things this week. Look for what the things getting your anxiety worked up about actually have to offer you.
Waning – Broom and Crossroads – It’s time to sweep away the old and choose a better path. There are more opportunities out there for you if you’re willing to wash away the stagnancy and reach for them. This week is not so much about the washing or the reaching, but about being aware of what’s possible and prepared mentally for that change in perspective.
Waxing – Book and Sun – Lean hard into a positive mindset an optimism. Seek out those that can help you in adopting this mindset and making it yours.
Take Away – Today’s week is all about practicing financial moderation and leaning into optimism in the face of adversity, as well as how leaning into that optimism can assist in improving my life in swath of different ways.
This is an old bit I’m still seeing warnings about the pit. There is a pattern, my love.
